After paying for a purchase of one of our programs, you will receive an email with the registration details to access your account on our platform. Once this information is sent to you via email, no refunds will be issued. In some special cases, we will refund the funds if no transactions have been made in the account.

Customers who illegally dispute charges or request refunds from their bank will be permanently blocked from the Platform. Please contact our support team if you have any questions.
